Marina Klostermann PortraitI am currently working as a research assistant and PhD student at Ruhr University Bochum, Germany, Department of Work, Organizational and Business Psychology under the direction of Prof.Dr. Annette Kluge.

My research is about the development of training and evaluation methods for complex socio-technical systems with a focus on work safety and the retention of skills in highly automated environments including the maritime, chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
